There are 3 factors that mainly affect the price, including configuration, material and additional configuration.

First let’s talk about the configuration:

The whole set of equipment includes four parts: metering device, packaging machine, feeding machine and finished product conveyor.

1. Metering device: Screw metering is the most effective powder metering method at present. The higher the accuracy requirements, the higher the requirements for welding technology, and the longer the production time, so its price will be higher.
2. Packing machine: At present, the most popular is the vertical packaging host, which is responsible for bag forming, material filling and sealing, and is the core equipment of the whole program. Conventional models are 420, 520 and so on. The choice of which host should be based on the actual packaging bag size. The larger the film width, the higher the price.
3. Feeder: The feeder is used for material transportation, the material is 304 stainless steel, and the price needs to be determined according to the actual demand.
4. Finished product conveyor: This equipment is mainly used for finished product output, and the cost is the lowest in the packing system.

Then we talk about the material:

The material for making this machine is stainless steel, there are 304# and 316#. The price of 304# is lower than that of 316#, but the hardness and corrosion resistance of the material are also lower than that of 316#. At present, 304# is used more than 316# because it is more cost-effective. However, if the product is corrosive, it will be better to use 316# material.

Finally, let’s talk about additional configuration:

Generally, the production of powder is carried out in the dust-free workshop, so it is necessary to configure the anti-dust system for the packaging equipment. The anti-dust system consists of an air extraction device and a pipeline. It can prevent dust from inside the equipment to the outside environment. Generally, such a set of devices is not expensive, but it can play a great role.
