The automatic cartoning machine is a necessary equipment used in the packaging production line. It is an automatic equipment integrating machine, electricity, gas and light. How does a cartoning machine work?
The working process of the cartoning machine is mainly divided into five steps: unloading, feeding, unpacking, filling and sealing.
Unloading: First, it is sent to the conveyor belt from the blanking device, and the microcomputer transmits the order to the folding machine and the suction box device.
Feeding: The suction box device takes out the boxes in the box library and puts them on the box moving guide rail.
Unpacking: The guide rail fixture fixes the box, the push plate pushes the carton away, and two splints that move with the box rise from both sides of the guide rail, clamping the side of the box from the front and rear directions, so that the box opens at a right angle and moves forward to the filling area.
Filling: The conveyor belt of the machine carries the material, and the push rod pushes the material into the empty box in the loading area.
Sealing: After the material is pushed into the box by the push rod, the carton will enter the cover closing station driven by the guide rail. Before closing the lid, the mechanism will first bend the tongue of the carton, and the push plate will push the lid to bend so that the tongue can be inserted into the box.
